Comprehension is the reason for reading. If readers can read the words but do not understand or connect to what they are reading, they are not really reading. How to Use This Resource:

Print and laminate the roll and respond sheet.

Print the student response sheets.

Place books, pencils and dice in the station bin.

Ask students to read or re-read the text in the bin. Once they have read the text, they can roll the dice, read the question that corresponds with the number they rolled and write the answer on the response sheet.
